Talks (QBT) Cohort is created for women like you—those who have faced unique challenges, burn out, and the burden of caring for others without receiving the same care in return. It’s time to prioritize yourself. This 4-week experience is designed to help you make self-care a reality, all within a safe, empowering, and nurturing environment. Whether you join us virtually or in person, you’ll receive the support and community you deserve. Throughout this program, you’ll gain practical tools and resources to support your health and wellness journey. You’ll connect with women who truly understand your experiences and leave with the strategies you need to put your well-being first. |
