Our wellness initiatives offer a community-centered, trauma-informed approach to address the root causes of stress, trauma, and systemic inequities faced by historically resilient women. We provide culturally competent resources to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being, fostering healing, personal growth, and long-term wellness.
Developed by co-founders Shoareged Phillpotts and Aishia Manley-Phillpotts,
our wellness curriculum blends personal experience and professional expertise in holistic wellness, therapy, reentry, and community development.Through our approach self-care beyond the surface inclusive of three transformative stages--awareness, acceptance, and change—participants gain tools to reclaim their health, break cycles of burnout, and build sustainable habits for lasting transformation.
We Offer:
Wellness Circles are intimate, facilitated sessions that provide a space for sharing, emotional expression, and collective healing while connecting participants with culturally relevant resources.
Wellness Cohorts are supportive, guided groups focusing on holistic self-care, personal growth, and community-building, tailored to the evolving needs of the community, including justice-involved individuals.
Wellness Retreats are immersive, bi-annual experiences offering rest, reflection, and personal growth, facilitated by certified experts in a peaceful, rejuvenating environment.
