Our Approach
Our Integrative Wellness Hub offers a community-centered, healing-focused experience designed to address the root causes of stress, trauma, and chronic illness impacting historically resilient women.
Co-created by Shoareged Phillpotts and Aishia Manley-Phillpotts, our approach blends lived experience with professional expertise across holistic wellness, mental health therapy, reentry support, and community care.
Our signature curriculum, Self-Care Beyond the Surface, is more than a framework- it's a culturally rooted, transformative journey toward intergenerational healing. It guides you through the stages of awareness, acceptance, and change,
supporting wellness that is deep, intentional, and sustainable.
At the heart of our method is the Circle Process, a restorative practice that nurtures trust, connection, and shared growth.
Within our wellness spaces, stories are honored, resilience is affirmed, and community becomes a catalyst for healing.
We prioritize collaboration and cultural competence- offering practices and practitioners who honor cultural heritage and work to rebuild trust in systems that have historically caused harm. Through this work, we support holistic mindset shifts and lifestyle changes, redefining wellness as both a personal right and a collective responsibility.
When traditional systems fail Black women, the Village steps in.
