Aishia Phillpotts-Manley is an Alumni of the illustrious Bowie State University, where she received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She has extensive experiences in the fields of early to higher education, life coaching, mental health, and health and wellness for over the past 20 years.
Throughout these years she has served in the field of Special Education as an Exceptional Learner Instructor, Dean of Students, Program Director and Academic Life Coach. During this time she has educated and advocated for elementary to adult learners in Maryland and the District of Columbia chartered and public school systems.

Sydni Turner is a full-time social justice advocate, reentry mentor, program facilitator, author, and DCSA/DHS retained Background Investigator III. sHE Earned a Master of Arts in Sociology from Howard University in May 2021 and her research explores mass incarceration, the black family, and reentry into society. she is a board chair member at it takes a village collaborative (itavcollab)non-profit organization whose mission is to provide individuals, families, and communities, with resources, services, and networks to empower them to reach their fullest potential. in addition, she is the co-facilitator of itavcollab's "to be me" program servicing women returning citizens with self empowerment and self-advocacy skills using a holistic health and wellness approach. long term, she aims to create and serve as itavcollab's director of social justice and impact that provides holistic services and tools to the system's impacted population.

Sia Y. magadan Strategically connects nouns (people, places, and things) by leveraging resources and executing collaborations between corporations, district leaders, community alliances, and nonprofit organizations. Sia's perspective is shaped by her lived experiences as a First-Generation American whose parents came to the U.S. from Sierra Leone. Sia is the first in her family to attend college, and has dedicated her life to facilitating spaces where under-served individuals can be connected to the information, skills, and experiences

Johnny Capers HAS MANY YEARS WORKING WITH AND FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AND SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATIOns. He has served as a counselor and mentor for upward bound youth and worked as a substitute teacher in the prince georges county school system.
Currently johnny is a senior finance director for a non profit organization serving impoverished youth. he holds a master's in business administration (MBA)and an undergraduate degree from Bowie state university as well as a master's in public accounting(MPA)from strayer university.

Barbara McNeill Tucker is a Washington, DC resident and Howard University Alum. There she studied Graphic Design, Printmaking and Drawing with many of the top African American artists in the country. Tucker acknowledges that Parenting forced her to look critically at schools in the area. Her attention to advocacy for children led her to become actively involved in teaching and administration for education in the DC Metropolitan area, particularly for Black youth in public, independent, charter, and home-school programs. She earned her Master’s of Education Degree in Transition Special Education, Acquired Brain Injury from George Washington UniVersity.

FATMATA FADIKA-ZULU IS A VETERAN EDUCATOR WITH OVER 20 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE IN THE WASHINGTON, D.C. AREA. SHE CURRENTLY TEACHES AFRICAN AMERICAN LITERATURE TO HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS. SHE IS ALSO A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, OWNING "WAKE UP & DREAM" NONPROFIT WHICH CATERS TO THE HOLISTIC HEALTH OF YOUNG ADULTS. HER MISSION IS TO MAKE A POSITIVE AND BENEFICIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE LIVES OF MILLIONS AROUND THE WORLD.

Courtney Stewart is the Chairman of The National Reentry Network for Returning Citizens, Founder and CEO of Mentoring Works2. Inc. a nonprofit 501 c (3) and President of Stewart’s Cleaning Service, LLC. He serves on the Executive Committee of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Board of Directors of DC Jobs with Justice (DCJWJ), and is Committee Chair for the Reentry Action Network, Rethink Justice DC and member of Steering Committee for Council for Court Excellence (CCE).
Mr. Stewart cares about the quality of life for returning citizens who have paid their debt to society and who should have all their right’s as a US Citizen restored.
